I have a 1933 Standard 8 with dismal headlamps. What bulbs might work better or any other "fix" that could make night time driving more safe? And where available?

Thanks, ALL, for the camshaft grinding company suggestions. Now, have found that we also need for the 1933 Packard Standard 8 camshaft, rollers & pins, and one cam shaft bearing. Really appreciate the help here. Russ

My '33 Packard Standard 8 camshaft needs to be reground along with some attention to the followers and cam-bearings. Would appreciate some help on where this could be done. Russ in Iowa

We are seeking info on a '33 Standard 8. What would the STEP DEPTH on the fly-wheel be? Thanks for everyone's help.

It has been suggested on this forum to use Mobil DTE-24 or DTE-25. Where can one buy such in qts or 1 gal. containers. All sources I've contacted say only a 5 gal. pail.

For a 1933 Standard we need 2 dust or grease seals for the spicer joint. Have tried with no success: Olson Gasket, Hirsch, Horst, Olcar bearing, Merritts. Can anyone help? Russ

Yes, Mr. Ambassador, please send a picture of the fitting for the hot water return from the heater. Much appreciated and thanks. Russ

Heater, '33 Packard?

Questions on installing a first time heater on a '33 1002. We see a threaded plug on top of the head between spark-plugs #5 & 6. Is that the "supply" for the heater location? And if so what is the hardware at that spot and where available. If the plug has never been removed we wonder at the difficulty in removing it. Then....where is the location and how is it done to return the fluid to the radiator? Thanks for everyone's help. Russ
