Ha52 yes i had my column removed from car as well doing a restore on it but also had column apart to clean everything in it. And Ross thanks for the input i will try that later today and see if that works

Hello i have recently taken the steering wheel off to clean turn signal switch and can't get steering wheel to pull back down so metal studs on steering wheel will self cancel the turn signal.any tricks to this? I can't seem to find any information on here about steering column or pictures any help will be appreciated

Yes i made it"motor" i unhooked the belt and left engine off

Well i finally got all the wiring in the car redone and everything is working as should except the generator i think. I'm only getting around 6.50 volts out of it nothing more and i had it rebuilt did the check on it grounding the field and making it turn over by itself was told its good then and regulator is new as well. And also wondering what length and gauge ground strap it should have for the battery it has a really long after market one in it now thanks

Does anybody know what the ohms should be for the sending unit or gas gauge on 53 clipper deluxe replaced sending unit with aftermarket and its reading backwards

Its a Daytona kit and only shows the level of 7\32 but nothing of the float drop wasn't sure if anybody knew what it should be

Hi I'm rebuilding my carburetor and not sure of what the float height should be and should it sit almost in the bottom of the bowl when empty

Hello im just wondering if it's ok to use lm49 ac Delco plugs in my 53 clipper 327 I've already purchased them and they are shorter then the ac46 that's in it now
