1951 Packard 300 Ultramatic dipstick location

I have a 1951 Packard 300 with an ultramatic transmission. All the information I have indicates there is an access through the driver's side floorboard. However, I have not been able to find this access in my car. Is it possible there is no access in some 1951s with ultramatics?
Thanks,
Hugh

Jerome,
I would like to thank all those on this site who helped me, and particularly you.
I now have my 1951 300 running and idling, although a little rough. After replacing points (set at .016) and plugs (set at.32;I know that is above spec), I decided to do as you said. I removed the carb and blew it out with carb cleaner. Replaced carb and it started to idle, but I noticed that only a small amount of gas was coming from the second barrel. Decided to remove the idle mixture screw and again blow it out with carb cleaner. Now the two barrels emit gas more or less equally and the car idles. I can only assume that I had several problems, but primarily old gas varnish from the filter had slightly stopped up the inlet. Thanks for your help!

Thanks, At this stage I'll try anything. I have the work manual for the car, so !'ll check the presure spec. Incidentally, I only have a 6 volt electric pump. Someone had already removed the mechanical pump when I purchased the car.

Thanks, I will try that. Incidently, when the motor starts to stall, I can drip gas into the carb and it will continue to run.

Only way I can get the car to idle is to keep the Carter 118-68 carb choke 3/4 closed. I assume this means someting is stopped up or the carb is running too lean. I see two screws on either side of the gas inlet on front of carb. What do these screws do and will they change the carb richness? How do I adjust them? Thanks for any help.
