Torque Wrench check how to???
I have used the micrometer Torque wrench before and wondered over it's correctness. I may be a bit old school but I like the old bending rod with a needle style. I know even this styles measurement can change can change with age and use. I just have more confidence in the older style.

Any way how do I check to see if it is correct.

For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

Im sure some of you keep track of your fuel consumption. What gets the best. Large or small displacement, high or low compression, inline or V, etc.

Just asking questions

Rusty, Thanks for the education.

How else do you learn but ask questions.

Obviously Im out leaged by Ol'Rusty as a automotive historian. Than explain the modern day existing numbers, why are there thousands and thousands of A and V8 Fords around than same time frame Chevrolets even more 55-7 Chevrolets than Fords now. I know the reproduction industry is kicking them out but... were they more keepers than the top sellers???

Expand my knowledge base.

Ford's goal was to regain the #1 sales spot they lost to Chevrolet in 1927.

Um... I think Ford held the number one spot well beyond 1927. Especially with the A's and V8 cars. I don't know when it switched over but I'am guessing closer to postwar time '47ish.

Thats Why Im Here I want to learn the real value of these cars.

I don't know much about packards but I can tell they are what Im looking for. A good classic with style and origanality also a realistic price range.

Im not going for the bellybutton car I want a PACKARD.

But first I will learn all I can.
