Anyone have any good suggestions for steering wheel restoration? I have a 1941 Packard 160 that needs some TLC with respect to the steering wheel. Looking for reputable restoration companies. Thanks.

Looking for some advice on how to diagnose possible issues related to a battery not charging.
Not sure if it is the generator itself or the regulator. I have a feeling it is related to the circuit breaker on the regulator? I do have a new regulator, however, it is negative ground...should I be concerned about exchanging since the car is positive ground? Thanks, Steve
