Looks like a 1937 Super Eight Victoria Convertible. What's curious is the front bumper guards are missing, so how is the bumper held on to the brackets?

Always interesting on photos and film of the GOODOLDDAYS to see the low % of ragtops and this film is from LA where they dont see snow.
