I suspect your 433 is the same as my 633, the steering wheel is sandwiched between the two centre discs that are screwed together from the underside disc. Once you have undone those screws you can remove the outer or top disc and then the horn button, throttle and lights levers . That will access the large nut that holds the steering wheel to the steering column. Then the wheel needs to be pulled off the keyed and tapered end of the steering column. It can be hard to remove and standard pullers are likely to damage the wheel. I have succeeded in removing the wheel by making a heavy wall sleeve with a bore slightly larger than the steering column outer then cutting that sleeve in half along its axis and holding one half against the back of the wheel and hitting it with a hammer. Sounds a bit crude but it worked on mine. Alternatively a puller will need to be custom made to extract the wheel from the taper.
Maybe others have found a better way?
