Can't really help on the question of what others might fit but if interested Then and Now Automotive makes a new replacement for the 31-32 Stewart-Warner pumps. They show it applicable for all models on either side of the 833 but it isn't specifically mentioned for that model. No idea if there is a different pump for just that model or maybe the omission was an oversight.then-now-auto.com/product/1931-1932-packard-fuel-pump/
If you are wanting an electric I would suggest the Airtex E8902. That is a 6v solenoid type with a pressure out of 2.5-4.5 psi and should be close to the output of the mechanical pump. If mounted at the rear and pushing fuel the length of the line plus thru the mechanical pump and filter then the E8011 at 5-8 psi should be OK.

Thanks!
Ive been buying the same fuel pump from Max Merritt for over a 100.00 dollars cheaper....Wow. I just wondered if there was another possible mechanical replacement pump. BTW, I have also designed a fuel pump arm that makes that pump work in a 31 Packard, as it is shown will not pump in either car I own. Thanks again Barry
