You replaced the bearings WITH bushings??? Or you replaced the bearings AND bushings? The bearings go on top and bottom.
Or... perhaps I'm not familiar with the 110s and instead of bushings, there were needle bearings??? When I replaced my king-pin bushings and top/bottom bearings, I too had a problem with too much height. I noticed that the top/bottom bearings were slightly fatter than the originals, so I just put the originals back in and I was fine.
