I can't recall ever seeing such a diagram. Here's a little description for the smaller 320 engine which is built sharing basic design philosophy with the 385.
If your question concerns the feeding of oil to rear of the camshaft perhaps these photos, courtesy of a poster on The Packard Club forum, might be helpful. Photos illustrate a 320 engine, specifically a 901.

My new Babbitt on my rear bearing doesn't have a circumferential grove or hole leading to the cam shaft. My rear bearing is smooth. Does anyone have a picture of a rear main bearing and a size of the grove and hole? Do any of the other mains have a grove? Thanks.

Disregard my last post. The oil actually goes around the outside of the bearing shell. (between the shell and crankcase) and then to the camshaft.
