This is in response to a PM message requesting pictures showing front seat attachment details.

The wood seat frame has two holes that line up with two tapered pins on the seat frame. These two pins locate the seat frame and lock it in place. The spring shown inside the seat frame provides tension to the seat adjustment mechanism. The mechanism provides front-back adjustment of the seat.

The edge of the adjustment lever can bee seen in the _d picture.

Dave, Thanks for the post and pictures, How to the back cushions for both driver and passenger's seats get held in place?

Never had them off so I can't tell you. I tried pulling up on them to see if they would lift out but no luck.

Dave - Thanks for trying. I came up with something for the drivers side that looks pretty good. Could you please take pictures of where the back of the seats meet the back panel which wraps around both seat backs so I can see how close they come to it.
