Dose anyone make an interior kit for a 1941 160 sedan? Or can anyone recommend a person to do the interior within a 100 mile of southeastern Pa

No one makes kits but if you want it done authentically, SMS in Oregon is about your only choice and they have a heavy backlog. They will also need to have your original panels and seat upholstery. Otherwise you might find a good upholstery shop but limiting it to a 100 mile radius makes it difficult.

Indeed. Good upholstery shops are busier than Walmart on Black Friday. Limiting yourself to 100 miles might not work out for you, especially in an area where there are a LOT of collectors looking for same.

Try Hirsch. While I've heard the selection has decreased, he had some good matches.
There were at least three different upholstery styles offered. The standard one was a striped wool broadcloth. There were options for a fine ribbed Bedford cord and for a color-tone which used two colors of plain broadcloth and color-coordinated plastic and reveals.
