Drake, I like it. Love the solid black. What's sticking through the windshield?

Since it's been a year after I sold my black '53 Clipper, and the guy still hasn't picked it up yet, I might have a windshield and some other pieces if you're interested. Where you located?

The whole car pretty much. I'm keeping the engine and trans for another project, but everything that's there is up for grabs. There are no pedals left in it, though.

i'll take a look tomorrow morning.. but i think i have everything.. the only things i need will have to be new.. headliner.. wires.. tires.. breaks.. lights.. floor.. rear seat.. seatbelts(safety = good).. and whatever else i find.. i'm going to try very hard to have it running tomorrow.. (it runs.. i've started it, but the fuelpump wasn't working.. so i pumped fuel in with a squeeze bottle).. i rebuilt the carb and fuel pump this week.. hopefully i didn't ruin anything..

On your fuel pump, I have the theory that a small block Chevy fuel pump will work on the straight eights. The mount's the same, and the arms appear identical. If so, you can go through the Carter (or whatever brand) fuel pump book at your local parts store and look at the pictures to see if you can find one that looks like it'll work. That's how I found out that a Y-Block Ford fuel pump will fit a Packard V8.
