Sorry, the 1940 Packard '160' model 1803 Super 8 Deluxe Convertible Coupe pictured was not originally signed up for event.
The owner brought a different car but the placards were made up ahead of time. I am not an authority on 1940-41 Packards so feel free to blame me. Glad you like the pics, Thanks
