Yes, I can confirm that 60 Minutes showed shots of the PMCC buildings on East Grand Boulevard. Some were taken from the ground level and several were taken from a helicopter.
The buildings are instantly recognizable.

YES! I knew it!!! High five for me. I was explaining it to the wife during the show - I about came up off the couch - "That's the Packard plant!!!!" I yelled..... The wife calmly said "yes, Dear" - asked her if we had $22,000 to buy it. The answer was a very cold, resounding "No, Dear". Hey guys, I tried....

Hello Mark:
Just so you know, the auction is still open and bidding for all the lots BEGINS at $21,000 - it could go higher. The "winning" bidder will be relieved of all prior real estate taxes, but will be responsible for a tax bill of slightly more than $100,000 per year afterward. You need to see this video:freep.com/VideoNetwork/2003420229001/Packard-plant And these then and now photos:freep.com/article/20121202/NEWS01/120823062 Best, --Roger--

And then you'll need the few odd million here and there to pay for whatever you decide to do (or the city makes you do) with the place.
