Steele does not carry them. Other than Merritt you might try Tucson Packard but wherever you find them they will be expensive. Repro's will also need to be glued on rather than reuse the original clipped on mounting plate method.
If you have not already, you might PM or try to contact Pipesargent who started this thread and see where he got his.
