We call them fender skirts here. I believe they are the same for all body styles.
You say your car is a coupe, but I don't think Packard ever designated a postwar car a coupe. If it's a two-door fastback, I think that is called a club sedan.

Thanks for the input. I agree that we do have a number of differences between South Africa and the USA when it comes to car-speak. We call a hood a bonnet and a trunk a boot! Coupe is any car with two doors. But I think you are correct that my car is a two door Club Sedan. I would really like to get the fender skirts for it and a friend of mine who is restoring a sedan might like to put them on as well.

You could try The Fender Skirt King in Englehart Ontario Canada.
fenderskirtking.com/ He claims to be the biggest fender skirt dealer in North America. There is a set of fibreglass teardrop skirts in his listings that will fit your car. Sometimes he gets original equipment skirts that do not list on his web site. You could email and see what he has.
