I have this dual points into my 1924 distributor and would like to chance them against transistor/elektronik ones. But only the points .. is there any replacement system?? Maybe with some informations about installation into this original housing?

I'm not aware of any "bolt-in" conversion kit available to electronic ignition. And why bother, as is it's an excellent ignition system, my advice is to service the distributor mechanism, clean and adjust the points and move on to something else.
