Unfortunately the survivorship rate on these is very low. I assume you have no numbers/documentation on it?

Well, i have license plate number for a 1941 registration in Kenton County KY. I've been in contact with license plate collectors and they verify that plate number is reasonable but there does not seem to be link to VIN as there is for modern cars
