Visor disassembly

I was curious how the visors go together and if they can be lubed without staining the vinyl so I decided to disassemble a random extra junky one I had lying around.
The construction is folded-over cardboard, to which the upholstery is glued and sewn to. Inside this cardboard sandwich is thin particle board to which is stapled a metal tubelike piece which houses the arm. As far as I can tell, there is no retainer for the arm so swinging it back and forth while pulling it out should remove it. Then the sandwich is sewn together with the piping. Thanks. I know (now) the trim doesn't need to come off, but I got this one from a parts car, already broken, pretty much for free a while back, so I figured I'd take a look at it. Actually, the other visor was already missing from the car 😂
