These appear to be original pieces in perfect clean condition. Not sure if they were made by Packard or a dealer, or some old club project.
The first one is an envelope that holds the owner's service info. The second one is a service info card. If not already a club project, they would make the basis for a good one. I would donate them for that cause, but I would appreciate a repro set in return for my glovebox. :)

This pair is for sure pristine. The folder has never been folded.
I'd love to use it in my glovebox, but would hate to use this clean original. Hence why I thought it would make a good club project for some region. I do have a couple of leather, early pre-war document holders also that I think were made up by a dealer. Those came out of a dealer that shuttered in the late 20s.
