I found this part in the oil pan of my 54 Clipper. Any idea of what it is?

We've been down this road before. It's the splash shield off of the end of your oil fill tube.

Thanks for clearing it up, I couldn't locate it on the search function because I didn't know what it was. After reading the link(thanks for adding that in) Can it be tack welded back onto the tube? Or do I need a replacement tube?
