Thanks for the leads, but still looking. I think its from the 40's or early 50's, Hopefully someone has a very early catalog/application guide. Thanks

Thanks to George Martin, I have the application for eis#1693. Its 80 and 1/2inches long, and the front hand brake cable for 1948-1950 Packards.
