Currently in need of a clean rust free hood for my Packard. Here is a shot of my '37. Thanks in advance.

What is exactly wrong with your current 115-C hood?

Those hoods are specific to 1937 115-C models and do not interchange with any other years or models. Same goes for the front fenders and runningboards.

Seriously, from the photo you have an excellent hood already. I believe mine was in worse shape when I got my car:



But with some simple sanding and straightening it turned out okay. I am no body man, just a hobbyist and this is my result:




The metal is of a very high quality and responds well to reshaping with hammer and dolly work. Plus as Big Kev pointed out, finding a 115 specific hood from 1937 is not easy with it being the 1st year made. Mine is the 120 so it is 5" longer than yours along with different side grille work.
There are a lot of other parts you will need so you can get on with finding those and just have what you have refinished.

Hey, how's it going Kev. The edges are almost toasted. I have a metal fabricator that said can work 'em but I wanted to see first if I could find one that didn't have the toasted edges that mine has,
