Although built and sold in 1935, this is actually a 14th series Packard 12, commonly referred to as a 1936.

NADA says low retail for a 1408 934 is $26k, high $93k, so $20k is not out of the question as a starting price. It's a very complete car. You might be able to get there with $75k doing a lot of the cleanup/prep yourself and sourcing materials. That's the hobby. It's enticing to see all the parts there, instead of vultured. Unless you're in this hobby purely to make money, it might be a rewarding project.

1930 Cadillac v16
1937 Lincoln v12
and one more V12 packard.
this v12 is verry complete and body might be not the best style but still very nice car.
I got down payment.
