Hello
1941 Packard Data Book (get one of these) lists the following tire sizes on page 180 as: 110: 15X6.50 - 4 ply 120: 15X7.00 - 4 ply 160/180: 16X7.00 - 4 ply and 6 ply Now to your question. Yes, there is a high-speed rear end gear set for the 1941 Packard. It was originally produced by Phhil Bray of Grosse Isle, Michigan and is now produced by EDL Services of Troy, Michigan. You can contact them hereedlservicesllc.com/o-r-f-manufacturing Hope this works out for you. --Roger--

I am usually wrong...I do not believe Phil/ORF ever made high speed gears for the small axle (beginning with 40-110 thru 52 or so)

Determine exactly which axle ratio your car presently has.
Knowing that, you can decide which of several solutions you can choose from.
