Fred, I agree with Jim. I think the point is that it is not the message, it's the delivery.

Also I think some things go with out saying. I think there are many members here that run radials, and have for years with any issues. As you have said many times with the BTVs, I don't see repeated newspaper reports of cars ending up in ditches because of rims failures due to radial tires. Does it happen? I am sure there are cases were a specific rim based on construction, age, and condition may be more prone to stress then other ones.

Its ok to disagree.... I get corrected all the time. But creating threads to specifically disprove peoples opinions is like a like bringing a flamethrower to a high-school debate. This is crossing into the territory that drives people away, gets them to not want to contribute to the discussion, and when that happens we are all a little poorer.

So I think we are at a crossroads where things need to take a change in tone, and delivery, or the website will need to move on as it has done in the past.

Not looking for a public or even a private debate on this, and the end of the day the buck and bills stop with me. I think that is all that needs to be said on matter.
