Hi

Selected pre-war choices from around the country.

A sporty '32 Eight 902 phaeton, not inexpensive:
hartford.craigslist.org/cto/5207276371.html

A '36 120B sedan, body no. 993, great for the price:
newhaven.craigslist.org/cto/5194818699.html

A nicely-restored '38 Eight club coupe, maroon:

"Your Packard dealer has a wide choice of gently-used 1941 late models, each reconditioned and ready for years of enjoyable, trouble-free motoring"

A Special club coupe, two-tone blue-gray, economical:
dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/cto/5150451155.html

A great-looking 120 club coupe:
boston.craigslist.org/gbs/cto/5145978651.html

Or, a 120 sedan, 54k miles, looks excellent:

The guy with the 32 phaeton is dreaming.

The 36 is nice, but not having a title is going to be an issue.

The 38 coupe was sold less than 2 yrs ago for $15k in Missouri, so you would think theres some room for negotiating.

That 902 would be worth more if they never touched it.

Hi

Am I to assume that 902 was a nice original the owner just couldn't help himself but "improve" with an unnecessary restoration?

A few upper-series restoration projects:

A '49 22nd Series LWB sedan:
austin.craigslist.org/cto/5171184315.html

A '50 23rd Series Custom Eight:
tulsa.craigslist.org/cto/5181277323.html

A '51 Patrician, in primer, some chrome done, lot drives:
indianapolis.craigslist.org/cto/5193988913.html
(Rather like the clean sides without the trim)
