I notice the Eight displays an old New Mexico brake and light inspection sticker. These have not been used in decades. It would be interesting to see where the car was inspected for the B&L sticker. Inspectors filled in info on back side. He may have sold the car originally, or serviced it. Too bad the '38s used a decal instead of a metal patent plate. Best guess is the decal info is long gone. Price is about 10x too much. (o{}o)

Hi
This '55 Clipper Custom Constellation was a restoration project by our now late region member. He worked for Winross Restorations in the 1980's, was a skilled craftsman. buffalo.craigslist.org/cto/5482183354.html As you can see, he did a first-class job which now needs finishing. Completing his fine work would be a worthwhile effort, arriving at a pretty fine Packard. Steve
