I have seen cars in a lot worse shape than that '48 going for a lot more money. It would probably make a decent parts car, to say the least.

That '36 definitely makes my case!

That 36 is probably the rarest closed body style for that year in the junior line.

Here's a nice 37 120 that has been featured here before. The only downside is that it's flatblack but I don't know if it's painted that way or can be buffed out. But it's a ready to enjoy prewar 8 cylinder for $8k.
