The pre-war non-Clippers with knee action shocks used a pilot washer with fixed offsets (none, 1/16", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4") to control camber. The post-war cars used an eccentric pin to adjust caster and camber (I think Buick used the same pin during this period). That's the major difference in the bushing area but the shocks are essentially the same through 1950.
