Got everything working on my 46 clipper inline 8. Now that I've started driving it a little bit I have noticed that it blows white smoke is this normal for a car that has been sitting for 25 years?

Keep a close eye on the coolant level, "white" smoke can be steam which may well mean a blown headgasket. After the engine cools a bit, a compression test is highly recommended to confirm.

What about if its a bluish color will it have problems with overheating or loss of power?

If the smoke is blueish it normally indicates burning oil. If you are burning oil you have probably lost some power.

Starting point would be a compression test I would think.

How often do you add oil?

When two men ride the same horse, one has to be in the back...
