37 Packard Front Clip Shims

Hi everyone, I had the front clip off of my 1937 Packard 115 C and have now replaced it and have a little issue . The bottom of the passenger fender is 17.5 inches from the floor and the drivers side fender is 18 1/4 inches from the floor. My guess is that I need to loosen the radiator nut and insert a 3/4 inch shim on the passenger side of the clip. Has anyone experienced this issue and am I thinking correctly as far as solving this issue. Thank you.

Don't have one to look at but believe you will want to adjust that, and the fit of the hood simultaneously, by means of the strut rods that come forward from the cowl.
