Is there a way to remove water stains from a 56 Patrician original interior without damaging it?

I have been really surprised how much water marks show on my '55 Clipper cloth. Not sure if it's age is a contributing factor?
Going over the entire piece of cloth once or twice with the wet/dry vac upholstery cleaner solves the problem for me.

But have you figured out where the water is coming from that is causing the stain? If you don't, it will re-occur. In my Patrician, it was caused by the breaching of the weather strip in order to remove the door handle to repaint the car. Once that weather strip is breached, the water will enter in through that hole. Seal up the hole or install a new weather strip.
