A senior phaeton for sure, can't tell whether a 35 or 36. 1936 was the last year for the factory-bodied phaetons; thereafter there were usually Derham or Rollston/Rollson. If I had to guess I'd say a 1935 Eight or Super Eight.

It appears to be 1935 to me, too. The grille started to slant back slightly in 1936.

Packard's first power windows were for the 1941 One Eighty models, introduced in 1940.
