I thought I'd try this question here also - Anybody know a source for the 1939 Super-8 connecting rod bearings? I hear they are pretty scarce.

In 56 years we have had just a handful. On Tuesday I will check to see if we have a set.

They used to be unobtainium. Now they are reproduced, contact Dave Schumacher at 818 six four zero 37 ninety.

Flackmaster, is Dave Schumacher the "Packard Library"? I note that website lists those bearings at $1100/set but last time I tried to make contact there was no response.
