Since your car might have had a trailer hitch, I'd be curious if the hitch was just bolted on or is there a sign any of the Packard frame reinforcement recommendations happened.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/STB/55T-27.pdf

No it was bolted on under the shade tree,no frame work done.

Does it have the auxiliary lifts made by airlift? It is a spring with an air bag bolted on the back?
