One or two of those might cause a gag or be a stretch but then IMO there have been worse -- Packards own styling studio had some designs that would make your head ache.

The Lincoln based Packards are the better looking ones, in my opinion.

Very nice artwork and creativity, love to see such work-ups. Believe the two best chances for Packard were to convince Ike to persuade FoMoCo to make the Turnpike Cruiser body available so Packard could make a line of Predictors, with Ford getting more defense contracts in return, or for Packard to creativly trim and/or alter its own '56 body panels to make a lower roofline car on a new step-down frame.

Hi

Nice art work-ups of interesting ideas. The Lincoln version definitely is the most attractive of the group.

In fact, the Lincoln-based rear treatment would have been more attractive than what Lincoln actually built. Sorry to offend those who like those canted blades, but after the elegant, integrated 1956 design, 1957 was a real botch job. And that was after John Najjar toned-down the original direction which had even taller fins!
