Can anyone tell me the correct jack. Bumper or bottle. For a 37 115c? And maybe a picture

According to Reedy & Shaub's book "Packard Automobile Company - Tools and Jacks", the 1937 junior series cars used bottle jacks, either a Reliable #600A (red) or a green bottle jack, maker unknown, which was also offered on some 1939-40 senior cars though the 39-40 seniors also could have come with a bumper jack.

Pictures of both the bottle jacks are in the book.

Here is a picture.

The advantage of the bottle jack is it fits the suspension bracket on the lower control arm.

When I was in Africa I fell in love with the HMMV scissor jack. I bought one through surplus and have been very happy with it.
