Did you look at all 291 photos? They did do a very honest job of photographing the car (I guess they just figured it was assumed that the seat upholstery was totally beyond repair so there was no need to remove the covers). The add-on turn signals are awful. The car is missing the front sway bar and ... what on earth is going on with the gas tank? Wiring all needs to be re-done. All in all, even though the car appears solid and mostly all there... I sure wouldn't pay the asking price. If restoration is your goal, you'd be upside-down in the car before you even started.
