Depends on which radio installation. I believe so for those radio installations that used the roof-mount antenna. I believe there was also a cowl-mount antenna, and a rear fender antenna for LWB cars equipped with a rear compartment radio. Short wave radio equipment was also available as an accessory in 1941, I have no idea what that equipment used as an antenna.
