Are you sure you mean EE-2? That carburetor was used only on Franklin and Oldsmobile, your 33 and my 34 Packard used an EE-22 with the smaller of the 2 venturi sizes (1-3/32). Plenty of info on both in the 11th Edition of Chiltons which I have, plus some info on the EE-22 in the 33-34 Packard Service Letters, just what do you need?
Here's the basic setup specs.

Thanks O-D; Yes it is a EE-2, one of the service letters I have lists the EE-2 for the 33 1003. I will have to do more investigating. This engine was rebuilt in 1980 and has not run in the past 35 years, I have reground the valves and cleaned the guides now have compression of 135 to145 on all cylinders. I have set up the distributor on my machine to synchronize the points. the engine fires right off, but have a miss and very rich mixture, but it idles quite nice.
