Thank everyone for their input on finding a single action fuel pump. I also stumbled across a Precision M23073 from O'Reilly. They also have an Airtek 6866 and a 23013 that doesn't look like the original but it bolts right up and works just fine.
Since it seems like everyone is using a double action, should I also consider using one as well?

Since it seems like everyone is using a double action...
I believe you'll find that the majority of V8 owners are running single action pumps.
