This body was not "built" for any particular person, it is a catalog factory stock design called a Victoria. Body engineers make the specs for each body style.
A leather interior in a closed car is unusual but not unheard of, it may have been special ordered

So would this 1931 car fit comfortably a 6 foot plus person in the driver seat?
How much does the seat go back? I had a large friend who used to say that he liked the bathtub Packards because they had a slimming quality on him.
