This must be the lowest mileage Packard around. The data plate looks too shiny for a 65 year old vehicle.

That is quite the story but if true would explain low mileage. The interior certainly looks unused and low use. The antenna appears to have been repaired so I kind of wonder about someone who would park a high dollar car over something relatively trivial.
I can't picture what is hanging down in the rear -- unless they mickey moused some kind of fuel connection to get it running. Even so it looks like it is going too far to the rear for fuel. Any ideas?
