Are run the wires how i know i want them another job out of the way. On a different subject I collected my stainless steel sill foot plates, the reproduction rubber ones were just to much money. There are different upper splasher panels for the various models. The small sixes have one which is shallow and shorter compared to those used on more senior models. I am not sure what the differences might be on those larger panels or for those cars with AC.
You may also be missing a support bar for the wiring crossing in front of the radiator. I am not 100 % sure where it was located on yours since I can't see the inner fender panels in your photo and there are some differences in pre and postwar panels. If you have nothing, I would suggest fabricating something so the wires are not caught in the airflow and subject to vibration. Here is an example of the wire support that was used on a 21st series before I cleaned and repaired one end. It is an upside down U channel stamped out of sheetmetal with clips toward each end to hold the wiring. The ends of the U where it mounts to the panels are flattened and tapered to fit the angle of the inner fenders. One bolt on each end thru the inner splasher panels.

Hi does any body body have a wiring diagram, i have a link for one but the writing is not very clear, i need a diagram of the complete layout. Also does any body know if its possible to refit the light and other switches once the dash is back in or should they be fitted back into the dash before the dash get bolted back into place. Thanks

Strongly recommend that you build and wire the dashboard complete before installing it in the car. That is how it was done on the assembly line. It will save you much time and keep your blood pressure at a manageable level.

Hello Ross, Thanks for that. Something i have spotted on the wiring is that the parking lights we call them side lights the fronts come from the light switch but the rears from the instrument light switch was there a reason for this. I was going to wire them to come on with the fronts. Any views welcome. Thanks Howard
