... there was this Trico Vacuum Wiper motor into my1924 Packard Sport my car. Does somebody knows what kind of "grease" is inside around the paddle (rubber seal)? I think it has to be acid-free and very liquidly.

Most everyone seems to have their favorite, some good and some that seemed poor choices. I previously used a light Dow Corning silicone grease, now use Mobil vacuum oil and a good long history of good results with both. You couldn't go wrong by asking Ficken or a rebuilder in Europe what they use in their rebuilds. Look for a lubricant designed to perform under vacuum which would have no light or low boiling fractions which will strip off, leading to hardened pastes or sludges.
