Shop that can form leaf spring steel

Does anyone know of shop(s) that can bend high carbon leaf spring steel? I need to have bumper "springs" or brackets fabricated for my '30. Front and rear are basically C-shaped, with the front bumper having a lateral upward bend as pictured here. (If anyone has originals they might want to part with, that would be even better.)

We used Denver Spring when we broke a rear main leaf in our 7-34 Speedster. We had them make two. Brought the broken one in at about 4pm, and had two new ones by 10am the next day.
