Putting back together a 1956 Caribbean factory a/c car. Need photos to see how/where everything attaches to firewall. Car was taken apart by someone else. Also, would like to know what fan blade looks like.
Thanks,

Be advised the install manual is great place to start and is accurate for placement of items on the firewall and dash side for both years. The major difference is 55 lines were all hard copper and is what is shown in the manual. 56 went to rubber hoses on most of the system and only kept the hard copper line for the liquid supply between the condenser - receiver and expansion valve. There is also a slightly different 56 placement of the mufflers on the compressor.

Here are some photos of a 56 install.
