SMSsmsautofabrics.com was doing this and they have made some beautiful panels for several Packards although as I recall the wait time was lengthy. Last year they did announce a pause in accepting new orders due to covid short staffing and backlog. I have no idea if that pause is still in effect but they are the only ones I know for sure that might do original look and materials Packard work.
